Sherry Anne has created Laughter Yoga Thunder Bay as a way to bring more laughter to the communities of Northwestern Ontario.
Laughter Yoga is a series of breathing and easy movement exercises designed to teach the body to laugh without jokes or humour. No previous yoga experience is required. Laughter Yoga is for people of all abilities. Give the gift of Laughter. Gift Certificates are available.
